• Candidate should be able to demonstrate problem solving capabilities for given environment scenarios.
• At least 12+ years of experience in design and solution for core Servicenow.
• CSDM knowledge & core CMDB and Discovery is must.
• Experience in ITOM, ITSM Business Process Consulting, implementation in ServiceNow, Architecture/Design / end to end enterprise platform roll out.

Job Description

• ​​​​​​​Hands-on experience in implementing CMDB and core foundational concepts within ServiceNow.
• Knowledge and hands on in ServiceNow scripting and Data models (Glide objects, handling both client/server-side coding, UI Pages, Macros, Flow Designer, Integration Hub)
• Understanding of Usage of ServiceNow plugins and service graph connectors.
• Have experience in Integrations within ITOM and overall CMDB space.
• Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities.
• Have done multiple API based, Plugin based, Orchestration based integrations between ServiceNow and other products.
• Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution from ITOM, CMDB point of view.
• Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases.
• Contributes to the strategic development of platform customizations, as needed, based on customer needs.
• Participates in the collection and implementation of tool requirements and investigates as necessary to determine the best solution or configuration options available based on the specific requirement.
• Good to have 2 mainline ServiceNow Certifications(ServiceNow Admin Certified, ServiceNow Implementation specialist in ITSM or ITOM or Discovery ).
