Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Architect / Technical Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery excellence across enterprise-scale implementations.

This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and platform expertise, working closely with client enterprise architects and ServiceNow teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to delivery teams
• Define high-level solution architecture aligned with business and enterprise systems
• Own end-to-end design governance, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
• Drive solution design, integrations, and implementation roadmaps
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders
• Ensure platform health, scalability, and performance through regular assessments
• Review design and code quality across sprints
• Resolve technical escalations and provide hands-on support when required
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and contribute to COE initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) with at least two additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM/ CSM/ HRSD/ GRC/ ITOM)
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions (greenfield implementations preferred)
• Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
• Experience in solution design (HLD/LLD), integrations, and platform governance
• Ability to work closely with enterprise architects and senior stakeholders
• Strong communication and client-facing skills

Preferred:

• Exposure to S2P, FSO Dispute, Service Mapping
• Experience in POCs, demos, and new feature enablement
