About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in large, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.).
• Define and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards across the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Drive integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server).
• Mentor and guide development teams in implementing custom applications, workflows, and automation.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years focused on ServiceNow.
• Hands-on expertise with ITSM modules and working knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, CSDM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Catalog development .
• Proven experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Deep understanding of ITIL framework and its implementation on ServiceNow.
• Ability to lead client workshops, design discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB), CTA .
• Experience with additional modules like HRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM, SecOps is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps tools.
