Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and customize modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
- Configure UI policies, workflows, client scripts, and business rules
- Integrate with external systems (LDAP, SSO, monitoring tools)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture service management needs and translate them into platform capabilities
- Manage asset lifecycle across hardware and software portfolios
- Implement and maintain SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules
- Normalize and reconcile discovery data in CMDB
- Ensure compliance through license tracking and vendor collaboration
- Deploy ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration
- Configure MID Servers and CMDB data models
- Build automation workflows and monitor system health
- Integrate cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
