Job Description
1. Backend Support Service Operations
- Assign service calls to Service Engineers and track action on assigned tickets.
- Monitor open & pending tickets, take corrective actions for faster response and resolution.
- Escalate issues internally and externally for timely closure.
- Handle client calls related to Breakdown, Preventive Maintenance (PPM), AMC renewals, and payments .
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales team; prepare and submit AMC & Extension quotations accurately and on time (including taxes).
- Raise Material Indents , follow up for availability of materials for breakdowns and small projects.
- Maintain complete documentation: Client POs, Work Orders, Invoices, Service Reports, Checklists , etc.
- Verify field team claims and expenses and forward for processing.
2. Service Invoicing & Receivables
- Coordinate with Finance for timely invoicing .
- Submit invoices with all required documents to clients.
- Follow up for on-time payment collection .
3. Record Keeping & MIS
- Verify daily service engineer reports.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports:
- Booking
- Billing
- Receivables
- Material tracking
- Track PO Qty vs Delivered Qty vs Billed Qty .
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with Customer Care to ensure accurate CRM updates.
- Work with Finance & Accounts on:
- Service invoicing
- Receivables
- Sub-contractor bills
- Reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts
- Coordinate with Purchase team on pending materials and deliveries.
- Act as the single point of contact for backend service coordination in Hyderabad .
