Hiring: ServiceNow Trainer

About the Role:

Arbor Academy is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Trainer (34 years experience) who can deliver high-quality, job-oriented training on core ServiceNow modules.

If you have strong hands-on experience and you enjoy teaching / mentoring talent for IT roles this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end training sessions on ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, custom apps, etc.).
• Create and maintain training content: presentations, exercises, assessments, labs.
• Track learner performance and give clear improvement feedback.
• Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
• Work with our internal tech teams to convert real implementations into practical training.
• Help design structured learning paths and certification prep.
• Offer post-training guidance / mentorship to learners.

What were looking for:

• 34 years hands-on work in ServiceNow (implementation / admin / developer / support / consulting).
• Strong communication and clarity in explaining concepts to non-experts.
• Ability to run live online sessions confidently.
