JD:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for ServiceNow applications using tools such as Selenium, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), or similar technologies.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand product requirements and create detailed test cases for automation.

Perform manual testing when necessary to gain insights into application workflows and processes, translating them into automated test scripts.

Generate detailed test reports and metrics to communicate the status of testing efforts to stakeholders.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and automation best practices within the ServiceNow environment.

Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the testing process.

Investigate and troubleshoot issues found during automated testing, working closely with developers to resolve them.

Maintain test environments and test data to ensure consistency and reliability of automated tests.

Document test cases, test results, and automation processes for future reference and compliance.
