Job Description
Strong understanding of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and ITSM modules.
Knowledge of HR Case Management fundamentals: Case types, SLAs, Assignment workflows
Experience in BAU support for cases/incidents within ServiceNow.
Familiarity with: ServiceNow Now Intelligence, Onboarding/Offboarding journeys, Catalog forms (ITSM side)
Configuration & Functional Skills: Ability to configure HRSD workflows and case management process, Solid grasp of HR process fundamentals and integration points.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Stakeholder communication, Requirement analysis, Process mapping, Writing user stories and acceptance criteria, reporting and analytics
