Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 28 years of handson ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• JavaScript / Glide scripting
• Workflows & Flow Designer
• Business rules, UI actions, client scripts
• Service Catalog development
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP/Web Services).
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM (must), ITOM/CMDB/Discovery (preferred).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF, MID Server, Data Imports, and Transform Maps
