Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BMC Helix Remedy-Smart Reporting BMC Helix CMDB and BMC Helix Remedy. This role involves managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and support our business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert support for BMC Helix Remedy-Smart Reporting ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of BMC Helix CMDB to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Implement and manage BMC Helix Remedy solutions to streamline IT service management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure and related processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Provide training and support to team members on BMC Helix tools and best practices.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze and report on infrastructure performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems through regular updates and patches.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to support infrastructure initiatives.

  • Possess strong expertise in BMC Helix Remedy-Smart Reporting BMC Helix CMDB and BMC Helix Remedy.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have a proven track record of managing and optimizing IT infrastructure.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining documentation.
  • Display the ability to conduct audits and assessments effectively.
  • Have experience in training and supporting team members on technical tools.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze performance metrics and report findings.
  • Possess knowledge of industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure management.

    • Certifications Required

    BMC Certified Professional in Helix Remedy ITIL Foundation Certification
