Job Description

Must Have:

SIAM

1. Experience in setting up standards and processes, meeting the IT service priorities.

2. Experience in creation, implementation, and monitoring of an effective governance framework for effective and efficient service delivery.

3. Develop required controls and best practices by proactively exploring OFIs.

4. Implement the Governance quality assurance framework,

5. Ensure internal controls and process compliance through regular audits.

6. ITIL Intermediate Certification

7. Strong understanding of functions including but not limited to continual service improvement, incident, problem, change, configuration, release, service catalog management, service level management, KPIs, SLAs etc.

8. Ability to work with various stakeholders including but not limited to customers, service providers etc.

Good to have:

1. Understanding of IT infrastructure components9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

2. Ability to understand business quickly.

3. Strong customer focus and ability to drive the responsibilities meeting the timelines.

4. Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts / customer business hours as per the requirement
