Job Role: Service Desk
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer-centric support and understand Service Desk operations.
Proficient in written and verbal English for IT service communication.
Support via phone calls, chat, and other Service Desk channels.
Willingness to work on weekends as per monthly roster.
Handle and resolve Incident & Service Request tickets.
Provide break-fix support, remote software installation, IT applications assistance.
Remote support for hardware and equipment: laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi devices, etc.
Any relevant IT certification is preferred.
