What would you do? Complexity o Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility. What are we looking for? A degree level (Business/Engineering); MCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) Qualification would be preferred but not mandatory. 7+ years working experience in managing oil & gas projects in either downstream or upstream. Comprehensive experience within Contracting & Procurement (CP) preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of execution excellence & delivering results. Able to adjust global strategies to the current situation of the local business and market conditions. Highly driven, can do, inspiring, able to articulate in a crisp and precise manner. Understand the business, the end-to-end process in the Supply Chain and is able to communicate in business language. Uncompromising on HSSE, ethics & compliance, Continuous Improvement, and simplification mindset. Category Specific Skill o Should have strong experience in the desired category, strong presentation and communication skills, track record in sourcing, analytical and presentation skills Required
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
