Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team, and manage service delivery quality and cost. A typical day involves overseeing team operations and ensuring efficient service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage work assignments effectively. - Drive people management activities within the delivery team. - Ensure service delivery quality and cost management. - Provide innovative solutions to enhance service delivery efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Strong understanding of system administration principles. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and service delivery best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A Graduation degree is required.
