Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team, and manage service delivery quality and cost. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage resources and meet client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion. - Drive people management activities for the delivery team. - Ensure service delivery quality and cost efficiency. - Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Monitoring Tools & Techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Service Management tools. - Strong understanding of IT service delivery processes and best practices. - Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and change management. - Experience in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights for process improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in System Monitoring Tools & Techniques. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
