We are looking for a proactive and well-organizedService Coordinatorto manage service operations and support our field engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate breakdown & preventive maintenance service calls
- Schedule engineer visits across Delhi & NCR
- Maintain service reports, call logs & documentation
- Follow up with hospitals and healthcare clients
- Coordinate spare parts dispatch and tracking
- Ensure timely closure of service tickets
- Graduation / Diploma / Degree
- Preference for candidates with technical or healthcare background
- 12 years of experience in service coordination / backend operations
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email communication
- Ability to handle multiple service calls efficiently
- Customer-oriented approach
