Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and SEO objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and phrases.
- Analyze and optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website improvements, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority and backlink profile.
- Create and oversee content strategies that align with SEO goals, including blog posts, infographics, and other content types.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the SEO landscape.
- Generate regular SEO performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with website analysis using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certification is a plus
- System Optimization & Troubleshooting:
- Monitor chatbot performance and optimize for better user experience.
- Troubleshoot API failures, authentication errors, and chatbot misconfigurations.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy best practices.
- Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and IT teams to enhance chatbot capabilities.
- • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for chatbot workflows and API integrations.
