Senior Video Editor

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead end-to-end video production for our content studio. This role requires a strong balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will translate brand and campaign briefs into high-quality, purpose-driven video assets while collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure consistency, speed, and quality across all outputs.

This is a full-time contractual, in-office role based out of Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete video production lifecyclefrom brief understanding to final delivery
• Translate brand, product, and campaign briefs into compelling video narratives
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to align output with business objectives
• Maintain and elevate post-production standards across formats and platforms
• Manage timelines, workflows, and delivery schedules efficiently
• Scale video output while maintaining quality across multiple content types
• Ensure consistency in visual language, storytelling, and brand tone

Requirements

• 78 years of experience in video editing and post-production
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual design
• Experience working with AI-assisted video creation tools and workflows
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
