Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a professional degree in Design.
5+ years of UX/UI experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Industrial IoT, FinTech, HealthTech, or Energy domains.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven design and development tools such as Lovable, v0.dev, Cursor, or Figma-to-Code workflows.
Ability to convert wireframes into functional, logic-tested prototypes within hours.
Deep understanding of frontend architecture, including React components, Flexbox/Grid, and responsive design constraints.
Ability to communicate design intent clearly in technical terms to developers.
Portfolio showcasing high-density dashboards, complex user flows, and technical problem solving.
Evidence of design thinking applied to real-world, system-level challenges.
Strong system-thinking mindset with the ability to design components, flows, and edge casesnot just screens.
Proven expertise in cognitive load management and visual hierarchy for data-heavy interfaces.
High level of technical fluency, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams. Advanced proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of design execution from concept to production.
