About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior US Recruitment Lead with strong hands-on experience in US IT Staffing , hiring , and X-Ray search techniques to source niche and hard-to-find profiles. The candidate must be experienced in handling a team and driving recruitment deliverables for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for the US IT market.
• Hands-on expertise in Sourcing , X-Ray Search , Boolean Search , and targeting niche skill profiles .
• Handle sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and social media platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on US visa categories (H1B, GC EAD, OPT/CPT, TN, USC, etc.).
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.

Required Skills

• 38 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Recruiter / Hiring .
• Proven ability to work with X-Ray search & advanced Boolean search for niche skills.
• Sound knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Team leadership or team-handling experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
