Senior Underwriter

Responsibilities/Expertise:

• A Minimum of 4+ years work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting
• Expertise in Underwriting Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital
• Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios
• Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction
• Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac)
• Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection
• Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly
• Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy
• Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility.

Work Mode: Hybrid (Initial 2 months of training in the office and willingness to come to the office as per business requirements)
