Senior Test Manager

• Leadership Position
• Leads team(s) with higher degree of complexity and is responsible for all HR lifecycle activities. (i.e. hiring, performance appraisals, terminations).
• Define and manage department budget. Escalate issues and report trend analysis to senior directors.
• Provides insight and recommendations that may influence organization and business unit strategy.
• Manages resources and establishes work plans and procedures designed to meet business unit(s) objectives based on a thorough understanding.
• Manages the designs, development, execution of software test plans and documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Ensures the analysis of test results and recommendations are consistent with corporate standards.
• Acts as a trusted/expert advisor and provides leadership in all test aspects across the geographical areas, including opportunities to improve the quality, automation, and efficiencies of the testing effort across teams.
• Provides consultation to clients on test approach, plans and methodology. Also provides timely consultation to internal teams on test estimations, strategy, test creation, execution, and results.
• Ensure the necessary tools are available and provided for the testing team.
