Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Test Engineer for Crediwatch based in Bengaluru. The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in the Quality Assurance area with a Fintech Product experience with-

• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and agile frameworks.
• Ability to Execute various software testing methods, including but not limited to Functional, Non-Functional, Regression, Load/Stress, Black/White Box, and API testing.
• Familiarity with regression testing techniques and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA is a plus.
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Analyse defects, identify root causes, and prepare necessary documentation to ensure a seamless resolution process.
• Work closely with the development team to identify, communicate, and resolve bugs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track and resolve defects effectively.
• Participation in regular progress/status update meetings.
• Knowledge in 1 or more programming Java, Python, Ruby..etc
• Strong understanding of databases, with knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent being advantageous.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with the Fintech/ Banking domain is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.
