Job Description

We are hiring for Technical Support Engineer
JD;
Core Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution: Own and resolve technical issues from initial troubleshooting to resolution within designated timeframes. Identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Customer Support: Understand customer needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- DevOps Support: Provide support for critical applications using effective methodologies for efficient issue resolution.
- Documentation: Create and maintain support documentation, scripts, and debugging guides to build a repository of self-service resources.
- Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and foster collaborative relationships with internal teams.
Technical Expectations
- Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Couchbase).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
- Strong knowledge of Linux commands and debugging tools for Java applications.
- Experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and debugging microservices.
- Familiarity with Java programming and front-end concepts (UI understanding was emphasized during the discussion).
Preferred Skills
- Tool development and automation scripting.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- General scripting proficiency.
