We are looking for Senior Technical Recruiter from Product or Start up Hiring background with 4- 6 Years of Experience

Location : Eco World , Bangalore (Hybrid)


Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand product team needs, role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of passive and active candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry-specific communities.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with interview panels, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Conduct detailed interviews and work with hiring managers on technical assessments to evaluate candidates' product-related skills and competencies.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future product roles.
  • Extend and negotiate job offers, and collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide a positive and high-touch candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in technical and product recruiting.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to report on progress and identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a strong preference for experience in product-focused hiring.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate technical skills and cultural fit during the screening and interview process.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
