We are looking for Senior Technical Recruiter from Product or Start up Hiring background with 4- 6 Years of Experience

Location : Eco World , Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand product team needs, role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of passive and active candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry-specific communities.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with interview panels, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Conduct detailed interviews and work with hiring managers on technical assessments to evaluate candidates' product-related skills and competencies.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future product roles.
Extend and negotiate job offers, and collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Provide a positive and high-touch candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in technical and product recruiting.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to report on progress and identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a strong preference for experience in product-focused hiring.
Familiarity with a wide range of sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Ability to effectively evaluate technical skills and cultural fit during the screening and interview process.
A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
