We are seeking a highly experienced Senior US Staffing Recruiter with deep expertise in W-2 contracting placements. This role demands a strategic, results-driven professional with a proven track record of successfully recruiting high-calibre talent across multiple technical and business domains. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in client and candidate relationship management, and can manage end-to-end recruitment with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle recruitment for W-2 contract positions across Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices, Engineering industries.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs, role specifications, and organizational culture.
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates to clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the candidate lifecycle from submission to onboarding while ensuring compliance with W-2 contracting requirements.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients, understanding business objectives to proactively anticipate staffing needs.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the development of a high-performing recruitment team.

Qualifications:

  • B Tech & bachelors degree in any domain
  • 4+ years of US staffing/recruitment experience, with a focus on W-2 contract positions.
