Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter at EvoluteIQ in Bengaluru who will lead end-to-end hiring for niche technology roles hiring for skills such as Java, Python, Technical Architects, and Presales/Sales Engineering profiles aligned to EvoluteIQs AI-native automation platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior technical roles (Java/Python developers, Technical Architects, Presales/Sales Engineering, DevOps, QA, etc.) including intake, sourcing, assessment and offer negotiation.
- Partner with Engineering, Product and Sales Engineering leadership to understand workforce plans, role requirements and success profiles, and translate them into clear JDs and sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal networks, employee referrals, niche tech communities and job boards for immediate and near-term hiring.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical depth (Java, Python, architecture fundamentals, cloud, APIs, integration, presales skills) and culture fit, coordinating technical interviews and assessments with internal panels.
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, interview preparation and smooth coordination across all stages.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline health, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratios, especially for immediate joiners) and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain and update the ATS, ensuring accurate data, compliance and structured feedback for all candidates.
Required qualifications
- 68 years of strong, hands-on experience in technical recruiting, with significant exposure to hiring for product/engineering and presales roles in the IT/software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing Java, Python, Technical Architect and Presales/Sales Engineering roles, preferably in product or platform companies.
- Deep understanding of core technology concepts (programming languages, architecture, cloud, APIs, integration) sufficient to effectively screen and challenge candidates.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle using modern ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align with senior engineering and business leaders in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to convert offers to joins, especially for immediate or short-notice candidates.
Preferred attributes
- Prior experience recruiting for AI, automation, low-code/no-code, or SaaS product organizations.
- Strong network in the Bengaluru technology ecosystem and comfort with direct passive talent engagement.
Location and employment details
- This role is based out of EvoluteIQs Bengaluru office and requires candidates who are currently in Bengaluru or able to join immediately or within a very short notice period.
- The position is full-time, reporting into the HR/People function, and will work closely with India and global stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Sales Engineering and Leadership
