Were looking for a strategic, hands-on MCP Architect with strong experience in Mobile App & Web Personalization to design and deliver intelligent, data-driven customer engagement solutions.
Experience: 914 years (5+ years in Real-time Decisioning & Personalization)
Tech Stack: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), CleverTap, APIs, SDKs, CDP, CRM
Role Highlights:
- Lead Next-Best-Action and real-time personalization initiatives
- Design scalable MCP architectures and mobile app integrations
- Drive personalization across mobile apps & web channels
- Provide technical leadership, governance & stakeholder collaboration
- Build reusable assets, reference architectures & CoE contributions
Must-Have Skills:
Customer data models, behavioral analytics, AI-based recommendations, real-time event processing, APIs, Agile delivery, strong communication & leadership skills.
