Role Overview:

You will act as the key SPOC for implementing, customizing, and supporting Zoho One across the organisation. The role involves understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering tailored Zoho solutions that enhance efficiency across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize Zoho modules, workflows, automation, and dashboards.
• Build custom functions, Deluge scripts, and Zoho Creator apps.
• Integrate Zoho with third-party tools and APIs; manage data sync.
• Lead data migration, data cleaning, and validation activities.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Create reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• B.Tech in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Zoho One implementation and customization.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, webhooks, integrations.
• Hands-on with Zoho Creator, Analytics, Campaigns.
• Knowledge of CRM workflows and basic web technologies (JS/HTML/CSS).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred

• Zoho Certifications.
• Experience with Zoho Desk, Books, Inventory, Flow.
