About the Role

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of mechanical components used in IoT and AI/ML-based engineering projects. In this role, you will create detailed 3D models and perform mechanical simulations for machine vision applications, ensuring accuracy and structural robustness. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop components that support system integration, testing, and real-world deployment. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy combining advanced mechanical modeling with new-age technologies like AI/ML and machine vision.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components for IoT and AI/ML projects
• Create 3D models for mechanical objects used in simulation and machine vision testing
• Prepare accurate 2D CAD drawings for manufacturing
• Apply mathematical and mechanical concepts to simulate defects, stress, and structural behavior
• Conduct basic structural analysis related to force, impact, and momentum

Qualifications

• BE, BTech, ME, MTech (Mechanical)
• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience

Required Skills

• Knowledge of 3D model software like solidworks, AutoCAD
• Knowledge of mathematical model to simulate various defects in the objects
• 2D CAD drawings
• Knowledge of impact, force, momentum on the solid objects
• Structural analysis of solids
