Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira/ADO.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting.
Provide input for test automation strategy and assist in basic automation tasks when needed.
Required Skills
46 years of experience in Manual QA.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports.
Familiarity with SQL for data validation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
Basic knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
Experience in HR Tech domain or similar enterprise applications.
Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
