5+ years as a full stack software engineer with deep hands-on experience in Angular and Node.js
3+ technical leadership in team settings (mentoring, process facilitation, driving standards)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and team enablement practices
Strong knowledge of Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration in production environments
Solid experience with Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
Understanding of web application security, performance optimization, and scalability
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work effectively in small, high-impact teams
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can build structure

Preferred Qualifications

Experience launching or scaling new teams or engineering offices
Background in aviation, transportation, or mission-critical systems
Working knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium)
