Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with strong AWS expertise, exceptional debugging abilities, and the mindset of an Individual Contributor (IC). The ideal candidate will own their work endtoend, demonstrate strong problemsolving skills, and contribute to building scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications.
• Build and optimize Pydantic models to ensure data integrity and validation.
• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and integrate AWS Powertools for observability and best practices.
• Work extensively with core AWS services, lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB/RDS.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Write and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Ensure compliance with AWS security best practices.
• Perform endtoend debugging: from code to infrastructure to cloud integrations.
• Act as an independent contributor, responsible for delivering highquality, production-ready solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Expertise with Pydantic models.
• Experience with AWS Powertools.
• Solid working experience with AWS.
• Practical experience in CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Strong understanding of AWS security best practices.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently own and deliver features endtoend.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Leveraging AI technologies to streamline and improve daily development activities.
• Experience with Amazon Connect:
• Exposure to troubleshooting Connect-integrated applications.
