Senior Software Engineer - Gen AI Applications

About the Role

Join iQuantis Technology & AI (TAI) team to create GenAI-powered digital products that revolutionize marketing performance and accelerate our AI-first transformation. As a Senior Software Engineer, youll drive full-cycle development; from scalable backends to intelligent AI integrations, delivering secure, high-impact solutions across platforms.

What Youll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based (SaaS) applications.

Develop and integrate Generative AI capabilities to enhance product functionality and user experience.

Implement efficient database models, optimize queries, and ensure data reliability.

Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices.

Contribute to design discussions, propose improvements, and guide junior engineers.

What Youll Need

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development.

Strong programming skills in backend languages, with at least 1 year of experience in Python.

Good understanding of database design, SQL, and query optimization.

At least 1 year of experience building RESTful APIs or working in microservice-based systems.

Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities with a focus on writing clean, efficient code.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in agile teams.

What Will Help You Stand Out

Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); exposure to React.js is a plus.

Familiarity with Generative AI concepts or tools such as OpenAI APIs, or frameworks used for building LLM powered applications.

Familiarity with AWS, Docker/ECS, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CDK).

Understanding of monitoring and observability tools like CloudWatch or DataDog.

Curiosity to learn new technologies and a drive to build scalable, high-quality software.
