Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules (Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and customize workflows, forms, and dashboards within the SPM suite.
Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM) and external systems as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 years in SPM/ITBM modules.
Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, and related processes.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and reporting tools.
Good knowledge of Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
ServiceNow certifications preferred:
o Certified Implementation Specialist ITBM/SPM
o ServiceNow System Administrator
