Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer, based in Ranchi. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee on-site operations, including quality control, ensuring compliance with structural engineering specifications, and providing leadership. Responsibilities will include monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving technical challenges, maintaining project timelines, and coordinating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in on-site project management and supervision to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in quality control procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and project requirements
• Solid knowledge of structural engineering principles along with experience working as a civil engineer
• Relevant academic qualifications in civil engineering or related fields
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory guidelines for construction projects is a plus
• Minimum 5+ years of on-site experience
• Mandatory experience in high-rise and multi-story buildings
