Senior Servicenow Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM modules and be capable of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong hands-on configuration and customization in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.)
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers
• Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance with governance standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ITSM implementation and support
• Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM) preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
