You're perfect for this if you:

4+ years QA/SDET experience with strong automation focus

Built robust test frameworks that caught bugs before users did

Automation expertise (Detox, Selenium, TestNG, Appium)

Full-stack testing experience (API, E2E, Mobile - Android & iOS, Web, Backend)

Strong coding skills (JavaScript, Java) - you write tests like production code

MySQL and scripting proficiency

CI/CD pipeline experience and DevOps mindset

English communication skills for our global team

Bonus points for:

• AWS and cloud infrastructure experience

The Role - What you'll actually do:

• Design and build scalable test automation frameworks
• Create comprehensive test strategies for complex financial systems
• Review technical designs and provide quality-focused feedback early
• Hunt down root causes and document bugs that matter
• Lead regression testing and quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and PMs in Agile teams
• Mentor team members on testing best practices
• Balance manual exploration with automated coverage strategically
