Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Internal Tools leveraging GenAI to aid QA tasks
Design tools for testing GenAI-powered product features
Define and implement a test framework for Backed and UI
Collaborate with development, testing, and product owners teams to understand project goals & define test automation solutions
Monitor and analyse test automation metrics, track test coverage, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
Continuously assess and improve the test automation framework, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Follow best practices for coding, conduct peer reviews for automation framework or scripts
Establish and maintain test data and test environment management processes to support test automation activities.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in test automation, GenAI, CI/CD practices, containerization, and testing methodologies.

Key Skills:

Hands-on and Proven test automation expertise in frontend (web or mobile) or Backend systems ( 3-5 Yrs)
Strong working experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, Appium, TestNG, Maven, Karate, Playwright, etc., using Python/Java
Strong working knowledge of databases
Familiarity with AWS or Azure / GCP cloud technologies
Proficient in Java/Python as a programming language, developing and maintaining test automation scripts.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, GitLab CI) and integrating test automation suites into the CI/CD pipeline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the use of automation, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience in mocking data for automation purposes
Excellent communication with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field with 3-5 years of total exp.
