Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Implement and maintain Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and Entitlements
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Configure automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), and Validation Rules
• Build and customize reports and dashboards
• Implement Omni-Channel, CTI integration, Case Assignment Rules, and Email-to-Case
• Ensure best practices for security, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with admins, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support deployments, testing, and post-production support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura (good to have)
• Hands-on experience with Flows and automation
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
