Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a technical powerhouse in LWC and Apex who doesn't just write code, but builds scalable architectures. You will be responsible for driving efficiency gains, mentoring junior talent, and ensuring our integrations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds are seamless and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design and develop high-performance solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Triggers, and Batch/Schedulable classes.
• System Optimization: Audit and refactor existing implementations to reduce technical debt, aiming for significant reductions in downtime and production bugs.
• Complex Integrations: Build and maintain secure REST API integrations between Salesforce and third-party enterprise systems.
• Security & Architecture: Implement robust data security models using complex permission sets and sharing rules to ensure enterprise-grade compliance.
• DevOps & Best Practices: Lead the CI/CD lifecycle using Salesforce DX, Git, and Jenkins; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure "bulkified" and governor-limit-friendly logic.
• Strategic Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical blueprints within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers in coding standards, improving overall team output and code quality.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Salesforce development across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Coding: Expert-level proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Batch), LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Automation: Advanced mastery of Salesforce Flows and complex workflow orchestration.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, and VS Code, AutoRabbit.
• Methodology: Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments with a history of meeting 100% of project deadlines.
• Soft Skills: Strong consultative mindset with experience in client-facing requirement gathering and solution design.
