This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Sales Professional. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their investment needs and present tailored financial solutions. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide insights to improve products and services based on market trends and client feedback.
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and pipeline management
- Exceptional client relationship management and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a results-driven mindset
- Collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving capabilities and adaptability
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
