About the role: Were looking for a high-energy Senior Hotel Sales Manager to drive Bangalore corporate sales remotely from Gurgaon. This is an outbound-heavy role focused on building and closing enterprise relationships in the Bangalore market. This is not a passive account management role you will actively hunt, build pipeline, close deals, and own revenue for Bangalore. You will operate like a mini-founder for your territory.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt and close Bangalore-based corporate, startup, relocation & long-stay clients.
- Build and manage a strong outbound B2B pipeline for the Bangalore market.
- Crack partnerships with HR Heads, Travel Managers, Admins & Founders.
- Own monthly room revenue targets for Bangalore.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and bulk deals.
- Represent the company within the Bangalore corporate ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 5- 7 years in hotel / B2B hospitality sales.
- Strong outbound corporate sales & deal-closing experience.
- Prior exposure to Bangalore corporate market with an active network.
- Target-driven, persuasive, and comfortable working in high-ownership environments.
