Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales activities for Pune East residential projects
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle walk-ins, digital leads, and channel partners
• Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings
• Maintain and update CRM data regularly
• Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and legal teams for smooth closures
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to management
• 5 to 8 years of experience in residential real estate sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good negotiation and closing ability
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to work on weekends
