This role is for a granite manufacturing company that is building its core sales team from the ground up. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving sales across Bengaluru and shaping how the company approaches client acquisition and market expansion.

We are looking for a senior and experienced professional who already has strong connections with builders and key stakeholders in the construction industry and can independently drive conversions and business growth.

Joining Requirement: Immediate

• Fixed Salary: 30,000 50,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives direct reward for conversions

• Drive B2B sales across Bengaluru by engaging with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and dealers
• Conduct daily field visits, site visits, and client meetings
• Leverage existing builder connections and industry network to generate business
• Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting to closing
• Negotiate pricing and close deals confidently
• Provide market insights and feedback including competitor activity, pricing, and demand trends

Key Requirement:

• Strong connections with builders in the construction industry

Preferred Background:

• Senior sales professional with experience working with builders, developers, or construction-related businesses
• Strong B2B sales experience with a proven conversion record
• Existing network within Bengalurus construction ecosystem

Note: Experience in granite, marble, tiles, or construction materials is NOT mandatory.

• Based in Bengaluru
• Must own a vehicle with a valid licence
• Comfortable with daily field work
• Available Monday to Saturday
• Kannada proficiency preferred
