Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and specifications to ensure testability and completeness
• Design, execute test cases manually for functional, regression, and exploratory testing
  Log, track, and verify defects using JIRA
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Conduct sanity and regression testing for new builds and deployments
• Validate backend data using SQL queries to ensure data integrity
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Rest assured
• Writing test cases using Selenium + Java
• Maintain version control of test scripts
• Create reusable test components and frameworks to improve test efficiency and scalability
• Write Performance test script using JMeter, Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends performance bottlenecks

• Continuously improve test coverage and automation strategy based on project needs and feedback

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor in CS , IT or a related field
• 3+ years total experience in Software testing
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Automated testing using rest assured and Java
• Experience in programming/scripting languages like Java for test automation
• Experience in database validation using SQL queries
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile
• Solid knowledge of QA best practices
• Proficient in test case design, execution, and defect tracking using tools like JIRA
• Expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Rest assured
• Skilled in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools
• Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter
• Good communication and documentation skills for reporting defects and stakeholder collaboration

Preferred Qualification:

• Selenium experience
