Role Overview

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will work closely with QA peers, Automation QAs, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases across our AI Workers, Voice AI, Marketing Automation, and core enterprise platform.

Youll play a key role in defining test strategies, validating AI-driven workflows, and ensuring that both manual and automated testing efforts are aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with QA team members and Automation QAs to maintain a strong, unified quality culture

Test and validate:

AI Workers & AI-driven workflows

Voice AI systems (flows, edge cases, integrations)

Marketing Automation journeys, campaigns, and multi-channel execution

Enterprise platform features (scalability, permissions, reliability)

Collaborate with Automation QAs to:

Define and review target test case coverage

Decide what should be automated vs. manually tested

Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites

Actively participate in release readiness, risk assessment, and production validation

Identify gaps in testing, edge cases, and failure scenariosespecially for AI and automation-heavy features

Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing for complex platforms

Strong experience testing enterprise SaaS products

Hands-on experience with:

Manual testing and test case design

Collaboration with automation teams

Strong understanding of system integrations, workflows, and data-driven testing

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing AI-driven systems, automation engines, or Voice AI

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or multi-channel messaging

Exposure to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines

Experience in high-scale, multi-tenant systems
