Roles & Responsibilities :

A Sr. Engineer - Projects – Fire Protection System and Integrated Building Management Systems (iBMS) role generally focuses on managing material, resources, ensuring timely project execution, and understanding FPS and iBMS concepts. Key responsibilities include interpreting design documents, managing resources, and collaborating with consultants and customers.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Understanding of iBMS Concepts: A strong foundation in the principles and practices of Integrated Building Management Systems is essential.
• Project Execution: Proven experience in executing iBMS projects, including ITC (Integration, Testing, Commissioning) is crucial.
• Resource Management: Managing manpower, materials, and machinery while adhering to quality and time schedules is a key responsibility.
• Collaboration: Working with consultants, clients, and site personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Interpreting Design Documents: The ability to understand and interpret design drawings and documents is necessary for effective project execution.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders and documenting project progress.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during project implementation.
