Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with Data Governance Experience to lead data quality, governance, and compliance within our BI Reporting Team. You will establish governance frameworks, ensure high data standards, and enhance data accuracy, security, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and processes to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed governance best practices into data pipelines, analytics, and BI reporting.
• Define and monitor data quality metrics and KPIs
• Setup data catalogs, classification, and metadata management for enhanced discoverability and compliance.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory and policy adherence (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Leverage tools and technologies like SQL, Pandas Profiling , and Python to enhance data quality and governance workflows.
• Act as a subject matter expert on data governance strategies and tools.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality management, or BI reporting roles.
• Knowledge of data governance tools such as Collibra, OpenMetadata, DataHub , and Informatica .
• Proficiency in SQL , with hands-on experience in data profiling tools (e.g., Pandas Profiling).
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, privacy laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and reporting on data quality KPIs.
