Senior Product Engineer – Backend

As a Senior Backend Product Engineer , youll play a pivotal role in scaling the systems behind that intelligence, working across data pipelines, event-driven architecture, and product logic to deliver real outcomes. You wont just build APIs, youll help shape features that drive revenue, retention, and product excellence.

What youll do

• Own and evolve core backend systems, from data ingestion to product logic
• Design scalable, event-driven services that power real-time insights
• Work closely with Product, AI, and Frontend to bring new features to life
• Help simplify architecture, reduce tech debt, and improve performance
• Contribute to key engineering decisions and mentor where needed

• Youve built and scaled backend systems in a product-led company
• You have 4-8 years of experience, primarily in product tech companies
• You care about impact and think in outcomes, not just endpoints
• Youre comfortable working across distributed systems and async architectures
• Bonus: Youve worked with feedback data, AI/ML, or analytics-heavy platforms

Salary: 25 lac - 40 lac + bonus + ESOPS
